Skills & Experience You will be an Insolvency Litigation Lawyer at the 2-4 years' PAE level.
Your Role Your focus will be predominantly in practice areas of property, strata, debt recovery, and insolvency.
You will act primarily for trustees and liquidators in complex litigation ranging from Local Court matters through to the Supreme Court, Court of Appeal, and the Federal Courts.
Reporting to the head of this insolvency practice, you will oversee not only the litigious matters but also the day-to-day issues that arise for liquidators and trustees.
This includes conveyancing of residential and commercial properties, complex transactional arrangements, issues arising with deceased estates, and other matters across various jurisdictions.
