This is a stand-alone, subject matter expert role where you will play a crucial part in influencing key business decisions through data-led market insights.
Based from our Sydney Head office, you will have the flexibility to balance working from the office and home.
The Opportunity In this role, you will report into the GM of Investment Management Marketing and be part of her leadership supporting our Commercial property portfolio across Retail Town Centres, Workplace (office), and Logistics assets.
Responsibilities will include: Collaborate and Innovate: Work closely with analytics, platforms, and marketing teams to deliver timely and accurate business and customer insights.Strategic Partner: Provide valuable insights to our Investment Management and Brand & Communications business units, guiding their decision-making processes.Leadership Contribution: Be an integral part of the Investment Management Marketing Leadership Team, offering strategic input and insights.Product Ownership: Manage our Shopper Segmentation Solution, ensuring it meets business priorities and integrates seamlessly with other tools.Data Integration: Lead the integration of new data and platforms into our marketing tech stack, enhancing our capabilities.Strategic Advisor: Offer key insights during Strategic Asset Planning and Business Planning processes.Reporting Excellence: Contribute customer insights to senior management reports, board papers, and investor packs.Innovation Initiatives: Support the assessment, execution, and analysis of innovation priorities across Stockland, focusing on creating new value through the development of value streams and customer experiences.Stakeholder Engagement: Proactively engage with Business Owners/SMEs and other stakeholders to develop strong, mutually beneficial relationships.About You You are a proactive and energetic Marketing leader with the ability to manage and collaborate with teams from multiple areas of our business.

In addition, you will have the following:
