About Our Watch
Our Watch is a national leader in the primary prevention of violence against women and their children in Australia. We are an independent not-for-profit organisation established in 2013 by the Victorian and Commonwealth Governments. Since that time, all State and Territories Governments have joined as members.
Our Watch was established under the National Plan to Reduce Violence against Women and their Children 2010-2022 and continues under the National Plan to End Violence against Women and Children 2022-2032.
Position Overview
We are seeking an Intersectionality, Diversity and Inclusion Business Partner to join our team. This role will focus on promoting intersectionality, diversity, and inclusion within our organisation and in our programs.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and implement strategies to enhance diversity and inclusion across the organisation. Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure an intersectional approach to our programs and initiatives. Provide training and resources to staff on diversity and inclusion practices. Monitor and report on diversity and inclusion metrics. Minimum Requirements
A relevant degree or equivalent experience in diversity and inclusion. Strong understanding of intersectionality and its application in practice. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Experience in program development and evaluation. Why Join Us?
