Insights Lead

This is an exciting role within the product team, focused on serving clients to whom we deliver business-focused insights. You will be instrumental in the production and delivery of insights to these clients, liaising with clients on their needs, overseeing question drafting and analysis, and delivering client presentations. You will work closely with more junior members of the team, helping them to improve their analytical capability and the actionability of their work.
Key Responsibilities Advancing the depth and actionability of insights provided to clients, ensuring on-time delivery that exceeds expectations. Maintaining deep understanding of the client's strategic priorities and how these can be addressed via our research. Overseeing and providing feedback on output produced by more junior members of the team, inclusive of drafted survey questions, analysis, and client presentations. Identifying and implementing innovative research approaches and methodologies. Conducting training on Q and analysis techniques. Ensuring the smooth running of business-focused programs in Australia and New Zealand, ensuring fieldwork is completed without delay and final data received is of expected quality. Being a key point of contact for clients where they have questions on what we have delivered or could deliver. Contributing to the identification of opportunities to improve the way clients are serviced and to enhance client value. Virtual/in-person delivery of selected client presentations. Supporting Client Success in attending client calls to take client briefs and writing analysis plans. Producing marketing and sales collateral. Minimum Requirements Minimum of 3-5 years experience in a research agency environment or research role. Experience working with banks or financial services providers. Experience in delivering presentations to clients or a desire to do so. Experience of using data/research software such as SPSS and Q. Experience of using data and research to deliver customer insights. Experience managing primary research from the design stage through delivery. Experience working with external panel suppliers. An ability to focus on client service above all else. A desire to work on your own in a fast-moving environment, with an entrepreneurial focus. The ability to work and communicate effectively. Excellent organisational skills. The ability to challenge the status quo and think outside the box. Benefits Salary: Competitive.
