You will be responsible for brand, customer and commercial objectives whilst enhancing the overall customer experience.The role works closely with the Leasing Marketing and the Customer Experience Teams in addition to the Asset and Development Teams.What you will be doingChampioning the customer by creating insights to inform strategy and enhance the customer experience.Using data to implement new customer focused initiatives.Leveraging technology to develop a single source of truth and a wholistic understanding of our customers.Building customer insights and research frameworks.Developing customer reports and dashboards for data visualisation and analysis.Assisting with creating communications programs that are informed by customer insights.Setting up tracking tools to ensure key metrics are achieved.What makes you stand outOur ideal candidate will have relevant experience in data led insights, research methodologies and data visualisation.
