This position is a full-time 12-month contract.
Key responsibilities: Dispense medications for patientsCounsel patients on the appropriate use of medicinesParticipate in medication reconciliation clinical pharmacy reviewLiaise with hospital wards and associated employeesMedication supply and logisticsAssist with projects, audits and reviewsAttend seminars, training days and participate in an approved Intern Training ProgramAbout us: Icon Group provides a complete suite of services to support the operation of more than 75 pharmacies across Australia.
