We are looking for a Sales Specialist to join our team and assist our existing customers via phone and email, converting these leads into sales opportunities.
You will also help our clients throughout their sales journey by introducing, demonstrating, and promoting all current and new TeamViewer products.
Responsibilities:
Make contact with potential or existing clients each day via leads that have been assigned to you.
Propose solutions to customers that meet their unique business needs.
Provide online demonstrations where necessary to potential customers.
Promptly respond to email requests.
Provide quotes and follow up on quotations within expected timeframes.
Meet daily/weekly/monthly revenue targets set by the Inside Sales Team Manager (individual).
Promote and maintain a high quality, professional, service-oriented company image among customers.
Process any written request from our prospects and customers using our proprietary systems.
Discover opportunities to cross-sell and up-sell additional products to customers by conducting a thorough needs analysis.
Discuss possible ways to improve our processes and systems with your Team Manager.
Requirements:
Sales experience in a dynamic and fast-paced environment (2+ years is preferable).
Strong verbal and written fluency in English.
Demonstrated ability to conduct a needs analysis and offer a solution accordingly.
Advanced knowledge of Windows and general understanding of technology.
High level of customer service and ability to communicate effectively with clients.
Team-oriented and creative approach to cross and up-selling.
