Citywide are recruiting for an Injury Management Advisor for a 12-month fixed term contract to cover Parental Leave. You will be performing a vital role within the close-knit Injury Management team, supporting the business in the administration of injury management, assisting in the management of workplace injuries, workers compensation claims and assisting with Return-to-Work programs.
Responsibilities of the role include but are not limited to: Assisting in the management of all workplace injuries, compensation claims and return-to-work plans.Liaising with agents to ensure effective management of claims.Attending claims reviews/conferences and treating practitioner reviews as required.Registering injury information on to QuickClaim and keeping files up to date.Processing all WorkCover invoices as required under state based WorkCover legislations.Liaising with medical clinics as required to resolve any WorkCover certificate and/or invoice issues.Liaising with injured workers as required to resolve WorkCover issues.Maintain data entry of medical expenses, CWEs, days lost and wage reimbursement into QuickClaim.Monthly credit card reconciliation.Ad Hoc duties as required.Skills and qualifications required: Relevant tertiary qualifications or experience in a similar role.Strong time management, administration and organisational skills.Strong collaboration skills with the ability to build and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders.Ability to coach, advise and support leaders to assist their team members through injury management.Ability to work in a fast paced, time sensitive environment with multiple deadlinesStrong communication and interpersonal skills.Hight attention to detail.Current Victorian Drivers Licence.In return we offer: The chance to make an impact in a rapidly expanding companyThe opportunity to further develop your skills in a strong, supportive environmentA workplace that focuses on safety firstA company with a culture of teamwork and respectAbout Citywide At Citywide, we are a proud company with a clear purpose and mission – we shape liveable cities by delivering the full scope of civil infrastructure, open space and environmental services to government and private enterprise.
