Provide strategic legal counsel on the Fair Work Act, workplace legislation, awards, and agreements.Manage industrial disputes, employee grievances, and Fair Work representation.Support contract development, policy review, and IR procedures.Assist in enterprise agreement negotiations and advise on performance management.Deliver tailored training programs to leaders and the People & Culture team. We're seeking an experienced Legal Counsel or Employee & Industrial Relations expert with:
Legal qualifications and a deep interest in Industrial Relations.Experience in highly unionised environments.Confidence in managing union interactions and resolving conflicts.Ability to transition between operational tasks and strategic initiatives.Whether you're currently in an internal role or a firm environment, we'd love to hear from you.
