What you'll do: Identifying legal issues and recommending appropriate legal action. Reviewing and drafting a myriad of legal documentation critical to the functioning of the business. Building strong stakeholder relationships within the wider business groups. Maintaining a current knowledge of relevant laws and regulations affecting the business. Providing training on legal and regulatory matters as required. What you bring: Bachelor of Law or Juris Doctor degree is required and admitted to practice in Australia. Minimum of 10 years PQE. Excellent problem-solving abilities. Ability to work collaboratively with a team. Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
