About the opportunity: Step into a rewarding leadership role and play a pivotal role in MAX Solutions' technology environment.
Provide leadership and strategic direction, establishing a clear vision for infrastructure services that aligns with business needs and IT strategy, leading a skilled team to success.Develop and foster strong business relationships and collaborate with vendors to ensure efficient service delivery.Develop, configure, maintain, support, and optimise all new and existing network hardware, software, and communication links.Responsible for cloud, data centre, security systems, telephony, and other electronic infrastructure.Manage service risks and security requirements, escalating issues as necessary and developing tactical and strategic remediation plans.About you: Proactive and hands-on leader with demonstrated experience working in a high-pressure, fast-paced, collaborative environment.Ability to think outside the box to solve problems and deliver solutions.Strong communication skills and exceptional customer-centric focus.Demonstrated technical and managerial experience in a complex Infrastructure or Technology environment – exceptional knowledge of service delivery as well as successful service level agreement accomplishments.Degree in Management, Business, Information Technology or relevant field.ITIL Qualifications.ITSM System/Ticket management experience (e.g., ServiceNow, Jira).Excellent knowledge of current protocols and standards, including Active Directory, Group Policies, MS Exchange, Core Switching/Routing, SSL/IPSec, SAN, Virtualisation, Business Continuity, Disaster Recovery.Hold or have the ability to obtain a current Police Clearance and Working with Children Check.Australian Citizen or permanent resident.Diversity and Inclusion: We are proud to hold the Workplace Gender Equality Agency (WGEA) Employer of Choice Citation and be a recognised Disability Confident Company.
