Infrastructure Engineer - Server Administration

Melbourne based - 12 months contract with extensions - Must have Baseline or NV1 Security Clearance! Work as an Infrastructure Engineer (Server Administration) with a leading consulting firm on one of their Melbourne based government sector projects.
Responsibilities include: As an Infrastructure Engineer, you will assist in defining requirements, designing and building data center technology components, and testing efforts.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of data center technology components.
Identify and implement automation solutions to improve efficiency and reduce manual efforts in data center operations.
Conduct regular audits and assessments to ensure compliance with industry standards and best practices.
Responsible for all Application Workload Management and Control Functions to support the Client.
Conduct Workload Management Functions per the client's requirements.
Must Have Skills RHEL / Linux Server Administration Job Qualifications (Preferred Skills) RHEL / Unix Host Server Engineer Have worked on AWS and/Or Azure cloud platforms.
Experience in monitoring tools and technologies.
Ability to quickly develop prototypes and proof of concepts.
