Job DescriptionEnd user computing technical support, troubleshooting, administration, deployment, packaging, and management in a Microsoft desktop environment.Experience implementing ASD Essential 8 controls.Commvault data backup technical support, administration, and implementation.Key technologies this role will focus on: Intune, SCCM, M365 Security & Compliance tools. The Successful ApplicantExcellent verbal and written communication skills.IT Degree qualified or comparable experience and/or industry certifications.SOE implementation and deployment in a large, complex setting.MDM/MAM implementation (Microsoft/iOS/Android).ServiceNow experience (desirable).Experience working within an ITIL framework.
