About the role: You will have the opportunity to develop or introduce new concepts, designs or products, enhancing existing concepts, designs or products related to IT Infrastructure. This role is the primary support person for key infrastructure and infrastructure related apps. To be successful in this role you will have strong technical skills, to ensure support of the Hardware and Software. You will love communicating and solving problems, dealing with multiple internal stakeholders across 40+ sites and a multitude of external Infrastructure suppliers. In this role you will have the following responsibilities; Focal point for security incident response for Supply Chain Operating Technology (OT) Provide feedback to business on Supply Chain OT network status (and health) including compliance of vendor maintenance activities (ie patching/backups) Active Directory maintenance and administration Troubleshooting of OT issues & working with nominated vendors to resolve Maintain accurate copy of network architecture drawings Focal point for new additions and changes to the Supply Chain Process Control Domain environment Management of Centralised monitoring and security applications Interface with nominated vendor re network (WAN) reliability Interface with Cybersecurity & Supply Chain Operations teams Working with vendors to facilitate & undertake activities on network infrastructure including workstations not covered by SLAs Support with administration of network security and management tools in the Supply Chain Process Control Domain environment Please keep reading…. Your demonstrative experience in customer service and adherence to SLAs, coupled with your Windows, Backups and VMWare experience will prove critical in the delivery of your objectives.
