This includes managing system integrations, streamlining processes, and ensuring technology supports compliance and organisational requirements. The role is critical in leading IT projects, maintaining assets, and driving continuous improvement through emerging technologies.Duties will include:Systems and TechnologySystem Integration: Manage the integration and functionality of internal systems and software.System Streamlining: Streamline and automate organisational systems and processes to improve efficiency.Compliance and Security: Ensure IT systems support compliance with data privacy laws and other regulatory requirements.System Implementation: Lead the implementation of new technologies to enhance operational capabilities.System and Technology ProjectsProject Scope and Planning: Define project scope, objectives, deliverables, and success criteria.Project Management: Develop and manage detailed project plans, schedules, and resource allocation.Project Tracking: Monitor and report on project progress, ensuring adherence to deadlines and budgets.Website Development and MaintenanceWebsite Development: Oversee the development and enhancement of the Family Centered website to ensure functionality, user experience, and accessibility.Content Updates: Coordinate and execute regular updates to ensure website content is accurate, engaging, and aligned with organisational goals.Security and Compliance: Ensure website security, privacy, and compliance with relevant regulations.Technical Support: Troubleshoot website-related issues and ensure prompt resolution of technical problems.Resource and Asset ManagementAsset Management: Maintain an accurate and updated asset management system.Asset Functionality: Review and ensure the ongoing functionality of all IT assets.Helpdesk Support: Oversee the setup of new technology assets and provide helpdesk support to staff.Process Evaluation: Evaluate and refine IT systems and processes to identify opportunities for improvement.Best Practices: Implement lessons learned from previous projects to enhance future project performance.Emerging Technologies: Stay updated on new and emerging technologies that can enhance business operations and system performance.Required TravelTravel will be required to placements and offices where hardware setup/fixes are required.You will be eligible to claim a personal motor vehicle allowance for any work-related travel using your own vehicle, at a rate of $0.99 per kilometer.About you On applying for this role, we would expect your values to align with ours; Respect, Integrity, Quality, Engagement, and Emotional Intelligence.To be successful, you will have a Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology (or a related field), or a Diploma in IT with relevant experience. Microsoft and SharePoint certifications are preferred, and additional IT certifications like CompTIA are a bonus.You should have at least 12 months' experience in a similar role, preferably within community services, residential care, or child protection.You possess excellent communication skills with high-level written and verbal skills, and strong interpersonal abilities, including being approachable, diplomatic, and non-judgmental. A team player, you value building relationships while also thriving in autonomous work settings.
