Our Toowoomba Branch is looking for an IT Support Officer.
This individual will perform key roles within our IT team focusing on supporting our end users regarding technical hardware and software issues ensuring any issues are resolved in a timely manner.About you:

You constantly look for better ways to do things and embrace an environment where challenging the status quo is encouraged.The key responsibilities of this role will include but not limited to:

First point of contact for all IT Support requestsMultitasking between inbound calls and queue management within the ticketing system to ensure services are delivered within expected time frames of our Service Level Agreements (SLA's)Receiving, triaging, and resolving incidents relating to windows and web applications, business systems, networking issues, end user computers, desk phones, headsets, mobile devices etc and escalating as requiredFollowing standard operating procedures to carry out request fulfilment including staff administration and new equipment requests.Imaging, deploying and troubleshooting desktops, laptops, mobile devices and peripherals and shipping them to our various locationsAssets management including records keeping, tracking assets through their lifecycle from procurement to decommissioning and auditingBe part of the rotating on-call rosterHighly regarded:

ITIL Foundation certifiedERP / In house Application supportMobile Device ManagementIP TelephonyYou will bring the following skills and experience to the role:

Diploma or higher in an information technology field.Minimum 2 years' experience as IT Service Desk Specialist within a large organisation.Experience performing basic user and group administration tasks in AD, Office 365, Exchange, Sharepoint, Teams & One Drive.Basic knowledge & troubleshooting of networking such as DHCP & DNSStrong customer service skills and excellent verbal and written communication skills.Proven ability to build relationships with customers, fellow work colleagues and management.Excellent attention to detail, organisational and time management skills with the ability to think on your feet.Valid driver's licence.About the RDO 'Extras':
