Working within a small service delivery team, the role will support National Pharmacies technology platforms across the business including Office 365, Active Directory, SharePoint & retail pharmacy specific platforms.What we are looking for:A confident, motivated technologist with exceptional customer service skills looking for the next step in their IT Career, whether that is a foot in the door or your next IT challenge.High-level interpersonal skills and the ability to communicate effectively both verbally and in writing to a range of stakeholders.Demonstrated ability to work under pressure, determine priorities, plan, and organise work to meet deadlines, whilst maintaining high levels of accuracy.Demonstrated ability to work within a team.Ability to exercise judgement and initiative to ensure management of records.You will be committed to the use of IT in a business environment and be willing to initiate and absorb change in a dynamic retail environment.
