Candidate relationship development activities including proactive calling & relationship building. Providing market knowledge and advice to candidates. Growing market and commercial awareness through research and networking. Sourcing, screening, and presenting suitably skilled candidates to client requirements. Managing candidates through the selection process. Facilitating candidate placements. Providing post placement support to candidates and clients, including arranging, and attending post placement contractor meetings.
