Role Highlights As a high performing Recruitment Delivery Consultant, you will deliver in a diligent and professional manner the below tasks and duties:
Ownership of ICT Recruitment life cycle including advertising of job vacancies, interviewing, testing of applicants, selection of applicants, presentation to clients and placement. Candidate relationship development activities including proactive calling & relationship building. Providing market knowledge and advice to candidates. Growing market and commercial awareness through research and networking. Sourcing, screening, and presenting suitably skilled candidates to client requirements. Managing candidates through the selection process. Facilitating candidate placements. Providing post placement support to candidates and clients, including arranging, and attending post placement contractor meetings. Skills and attributes required: Experience in an IT Recruitment Consultant role. Experience within a recruitment agency. People person with a confident phone manner. Loves face-to-face communication. Working knowledge of State based Government entities is a distinct advantage. Possesses a can-do attitude and the ability to roll up your sleeves when required. Action orientated and always prepared to make things happen.
