Information Technology Administration Officer - Part Time - Australian Citizen - Canberra
The successful candidate will provide quality administrative, information management, project meeting, and finance support as part of the Information Technology Team.
Key Responsibilities: Assist in managing information through electronic record-keeping systems and databases.Process purchase orders and invoices, and provide regular budget reports.Support project finance tracking and administrative tasks to ensure project success.Coordinate monthly progress reports, meeting minutes, procurement processes, and budget monitoring.Facilitate meetings with internal and external stakeholders and manage timely payment of invoices. Qualifications: Excellent time management, communication, and organizational skills.Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.Willingness to learn and enjoy working in a team environment.Agile, detail-oriented, and adaptable to change in a fast-paced environment.Australian Citizen is mandatory.Canberra work location.2 days/week. The ideal candidate will use their initiative to develop and implement processes and systems that streamline and support the efficient operations of the Business Unit.
