About the role(s)
Novabridge is seeking ServiceNow Architects, Consultants, Developers and Administrators to provide ServiceNow design, development, testing, deployment and system integration for Federal Government clients based in Canberra. We are interested in talking with candidates of all levels of experience - from junior admins up to seasoned professionals.
Successful candidates will be able to provide evidence of their capability to design, configure, deploy and customise ServiceNow instances and applications within ServiceNow. We work across the whole ServiceNow platform, but core skills within ITSM, ITOM, HRSD, App Dev and Integration are highly desirable.
These roles are offered as a full-time position with a competitive salary and training.
Some remote work is possible, but eventually we may want you to be in Canberra, or travel to Canberra in accordance with client requirements. This is negotiable and will depend on the projects you work on. We will consider subsidising relocation costs, subject to negotiation.
Responsibilities As a ServiceNow Specialist, you will:
Provide software configuration and customisation including, but not limited to custom scripting workflow administration, report setup, data imports, integration, and third-party software integrations.Lead or contribute to business analysis, design, deployment and testing of ServiceNow solutions.Lead or contribute to business development, including pre-sales consultation and prototyping.Work with functional and administration teams to deliver automated workflow solutions in ServiceNow.Facilitate and support the rollout of new application and enhancements in ServiceNow.Integrate ServiceNow applications with 3rd party products.Develop and maintain custom workflows.Problem-solve in during outages, errors, incidents and defect remediation.Skills and experience Knowledge and experience of ServiceNow at an architectural, systems administration and/or development level.
Experience in operations and/or projects using ServiceNow ITSM, ITOM, Application Development and Integration, implementation and customisation based on ITIL (v3 and v4) best practices.
Ability to work with clients to synthesise requirements into implementation.
Integration of ServiceNow with other applications & toolsets.
Experience with working or developing with JavaScript – HTML5, Jelly, jQuery and AngularJS.
Proven experience in full development life-cycle (requirements, design, build, test, deploy, support), especially using Agile/Scrum methodology.
Certified ServiceNow Administrator (Certified Application Developer a plus).
Integration experience (SOAP, REST, and JSON as well as JDBC and file imports).
Administration of ServiceNow including the management of users, groups, and roles, CMS Development, ACLs, business rules, workflows, UI actions, UI policies, dictionary, and catalogue items Orchestration and Discovery experience a plus.
Security Clearance
Successful candidates must either hold an active Federal security clearance of Baseline, Negative Vetting 1 (NV1), or higher, or be willing to undergo the security clearance process. Only Australian citizens will be considered. There are lots of wonderful visa-holders available to work in Australia, but sadly, our clients require our team to hold federal government security clearances.
