About the Opportunity Operating from within the Information Management Department, you will be responsible in assisting with the delivery of projects, archiving, administrative activities, reading and understanding legislative requirements, to enable the team to work effectively and deliver on organisation goals.
This position is located in Dalby.
You will: Assisting the Information Management Coordinator with planning, projects and archival tasks as required.
Producing reports and statistics on key compliance requirements and areas for improvement.
Analysing the effectiveness of current strategies, identify opportunities for innovation and implement improvement processes including managing records in business systems.
Working with stakeholders to plan, develop and communicate key projects relating to the upgrading or replacement of business systems.
This role is full time, working 36.25 hours per week with a fortnightly RDO.
About yourself A person in this position will need to hold a relevant qualification in a related field OR be able to demonstrate equivalent related experience.
In addition, it is also highly desirable for the successful candidate to have: high level knowledge of business systems applicable to the role or equivalent; and a current 'C' class Driver's Licence.
Mandatory Vaccinations (or a valid and verifiable contraindication) are to be evidenced when requested by Council.
