About the Job About the role The Public Transport Authority (PTA) is seeking a highly skilled and strategic Information Services Manager to lead the overall management and development of our Information Services Section.
This key leadership role is responsible for overseeing records management services, ensuring that legislative and regulatory requirements are met, and providing strategic direction for the implementation of the Electronic Document and Records Management System (EDRMS).
You will play a critical role in developing policies, strategies, and standards that drive improvements in business processes and customer service performance across the organization.
The successful candidate will bring strong management experience, leading teams, and coordinating resources to support effective information management practices.
You will act as a key consultant, offering high-level advice on information services issues, and ensuring the PTA complies with the State Records Act and other regulatory frameworks.

About You!
To excel in this role, you should possess: A relevant tertiary qualification and extensive experience in developing, implementing, and managing electronic records and document management systems, ensuring efficient service delivery.
Strong leadership and resource management skills, with the ability to provide strategic direction and oversee human, financial, and physical resources to achieve organizational goals.
Exceptional written, verbal, and interpersonal skills, with the capacity to foster stakeholder partnerships, build strong networks, and effectively manage team collaboration and information sharing.
Highly developed problem-solving skills, along with strong planning and organizational capabilities to prioritize tasks, meet deadlines, and drive team performance.
