The Role
At Infinite Aged Care, the Administration Officer works with key internal and external stakeholders including the Facility Manager, Nursing, and care staff as well as allied health care professionals, residents, and their families to ensure the prompt and confidential administrative and sales support is provided in accordance with company policies, procedures, and regulatory standards.
About You
You are an experienced administrator, who in addition to having an eye for detail, possesses strong written and verbal communication skills as well as:
Good working knowledge of Microsoft suite of products (Word, Excel, PowerPoint). Accurate data entry skills and ability to "self-manage" and work to deadlines. Have a valid NDIS Workers Screening Clearance (or have the ability to get one). A flexible and willing attitude and passion for quality Aged Care support. Proactive and measured attitude to identifying & preventing safety hazards in the workplace. Whilst not essential, experience in a regulated environment such as childcare or healthcare would be well regarded, as would a certificate II or III in administration.
