Infant/Toddler Program Manager

Little Star School is a Montessori-inspired licensed early learning school located in Winthrop, WA. We are seeking an inspired individual to join our administrative team as the Infant/Toddler Program Manager!We love the work we do and look for people who can play and laugh, who genuinely enjoy being around young children and find meaning in contributing to the early years in a child's life. We look for individuals who communicate clearly and are open to giving and receiving feedback, are interested in professional development and growth as a leader and teacher, and possess strong organizational skills. We prioritize the social emotional development of children in our care, and our Montessori-inspired curriculum, focus on outdoor exploration, and Positive Discipline approach to conflict resolution form the foundation of our school's unique culture.The Infant/Toddler Program Manager assists with staff support and scheduling, student and family support, and program and curriculum development for the 2 Infant Classrooms and 3 Toddler Classrooms at Little Star's Twisp and Winthrop campuses. The Infant/Toddler Program Manager is part of the administration team and reports to the Early Childhood Program Director and the Executive Director.Thank you for your interest!
