What You'll Be Doing: Lead opportunities for complex processing solutions, driving market share growth and delivering exceptional value to customers.Develop and execute structured industry market plans in collaboration with Sales Directors and Account Managers.Analyze customer needs to design and present tailored solutions that align with Marel's cutting-edge technology.Train and support Account Managers with in-depth process expertise.Build relationships with customers at senior levels, ensuring their needs are met with professionalism and care.Collaborate with internal teams and Distribution Partners to deliver results.Collect and report on market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback.Maintain detailed CRM records, including visit reports, opportunity tracking, and follow-ups.Represent Marel at exhibitions, demos, and other key industry events.What's in It for You?At Marel, you'll have the opportunity to work at the forefront of innovation, helping shape the future of food processing.
