Through this, you will gain knowledge of the operations and disciplines of large-scale organisations within an Alliance, whilst we deliver several major Infrastructure and Rail are currently looking for HR, Finance, Commercial or Business Management undergraduates to join our Industry Capability & Social Inclusion team, based out of our NWPA project office in Sunshine, VIC.Your working hours (minimum 2 days/week) will be flexible to suit your study commitments.Key Responsibilities: Writing content and drafting templates for processes. Extracting data from Power BI, cross checking data and adding in any missing information. Analysing and manipulating data for reporting. Contacting subcontractors to obtain required documentation. Reviewing subcontractors' performance against their commitments Assist in the creation and preparation of documents, reports, presentations, and/or publications relevant to the team's operations Working closely with our Commercial team and Industry Capability & Inclusion teams. To be successful in this key role, you must have; A 3rd or 4th year student currently studying a bachelor's degree in HR, Finance, Commercial or Business Management. A keen interest in gaining experience in the construction industry Available to work at least 2 days per week (Monday - Friday) Excellent written and verbal communication skills The ability to work effectively in a demanding and fast-paced work environment, by prioritising tasks to meet deadlines Well-developed organisational skills and producing work to a high standard A team player with a positive and friendly can-do attitude Currently hold an Australian Probationary or Full Driver's License with access to reliable transport.
