The work will predominantly be in legal research, stakeholder consultations and the production of law reform publications. You will have excellent legal research, policy and writing skills, be a good communicator and be able to work effectively in a small team.Relevant experience in the area of technology and the law, particularly artificial intelligence and its application to the legal sector or government decision making, is desirable.Some of your duties will include:Undertaking high-level legal and non-legal research into complex and diverse areas of the law and practice. Drafting publications for editing by the Team Leader and Commission Chairperson.Developing options and recommendations for reform of the law and practice.
