Ensure offender supervision and security is maintained in accordance with centre operations.
Coordinate and schedule offender activities to achieve quality and production targets.
Liaise with existing and potential clients and undertake effective customer relations.
Monitor quality control systems and facilitate implementation of quality assurance management systems in the industry areas.
Oversee and guide offenders in the production of a variety or goods and services when necessary.
Manage sales, distribution of tenders, quotes and work orders to appropriate areas.

Assist in the preparation of an operational plan, budget estimates and the effective budget management for industries cost centres. Provide production schedules, tender documentation, business plans and strategies to promote and manage productivity of the centre.Participate in procurement & stock control process.Detailed knowledge or previous experience in a business environmentLeadership with the ability to motivate and encourage others to meet the challenges of demanding work rolesExperience and understanding of schedule and revenue targets within a business environmentExperience in the development and planning activities to ensure the effective utilisation of Resource ManagementProblem solving and analytical skills for resolving issues and improving practices and processesEffective interpersonal skills as evidenced by the ability to build successful relationships with internal and external stakeholdersDemonstrated written communication and research skills including the ability to prepare reports and submissions on complex mattersUnderstanding and practical application of legislation, policies and procedures relating to industry operationsAbility to liaise with people from diverse social and cultural backgrounds.Applications to remain current for 12 months.
