INDUSTRIE is looking for an energetic, motivated & career driven FIELD VISUAL MERCHANDISER who knows what it takes to maximise sales through managing all aspects of merchandising for the retail and wholesale business. Field Visual Merchandising Responsibilities:
Oversee a number of stores across Standalone, Concession and DFO's. Plan and execute in-store creative concepts including windows and mannequins to drive the brand vision and deliver a shopping experience. Organise and execute the setup for all promotional events/installations for the brand and the store. Distribute and install posters and decals. Liaise with Retail team on stock control. Train and coach effective merchandising and standards. Be hands-on in-store. Lead and motivate the teams to execute and maintain store standards. Conduct analysis and reporting. To be suitable for the role you must have:
A minimum of 2 years' experience in a similar role within a fashion retail environment. A desire to add your creative flair and make a difference. A driven attitude and ability to hit the ground running. Self-motivated, proactive, and goal-focused. Exceptional communication skills both verbal and written. Highly organised and able to perform well under pressure. Proficiency in Microsoft Office - Excel, Word, and Access. A current clean driver's license and flexibility to work across multiple locations. Why Industrie?

Pay: $65,000.00 – $72,000.00 per year
