We are looking for experienced and confident individuals to perform grinding, polishing, finishing.
Bead blasting and stainless experience is preferred but not essential     Job Details Position Type: Full-time Casual Pay Rate:  $35.00 - $45.00 per hour + Penalties and Overtime Working Hours: 6:30 AM - 2:30 PM, Monday - Friday Location:  Marsden Open Positions: Polisher And Finisher, Fabricator/Welder  Key Responsibilities Polishing and finishing of industrial stainless machinery Bead blasting on industrial machinery components to meet specifications (Experience here is highly desired but not required)  Inspect finished parts for defects and deviations, ensuring they meet required standards for appearance, smoothness, and accuracy.
Safely handle and transport workpieces, maintaining cleanliness and orderliness in the polishing and grinding area.
Adhere to all safety protocols while operating equipment, wearing appropriate PPE, and reporting any safety hazards.
Communicate effectively with supervisors, team members, and other departments regarding work progress and requirements.
Requirements Previous experience in polishing operations, preferably within a manufacturing environment and on stainless or a range of materials.
Proficiency in using hand tools, power tools, and polishing/grinding finishing machinery.
Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain quality standards.
Good communication skills and the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
Commitment to workplace safety and adherence to safety protocols.
Willingness to learn and adapt to changing requirements and procedures.
Bead blasting experience is designed but not essential to apply for this role.
