Our comprehensive range of products and services are used by some of the largest facilities, businesses, and governments around Australia to keep their workers safe.About the RoleYou'll be responsible for:technical aspects of Barrier Group's product portfolio, including design validation, product development, product documentation and procurement to meet stakeholders' needs;preparation of accurate cost estimates and quotes for custom projects;collaboration with our quality assurance teams to ensure product quality.About YouYour key attributes and skills will include:recent experience in a similar role and relevant qualifications, such as industrial design or mechanical engineering;proven experience in technical documentation and proficiency in 3D CAD software (e.g., AutoCAD, Inventor, SolidWorks, or similar);customer-first mindset and ability to meet deadlines and demonstrate a sense of urgency;high-level interpersonal skills with the ability to collaborate with and present effectively to various stakeholders;strong attention to detail and accuracy in data handling;a proactive and can-do attitude.Barrier Group has a supportive culture, we look for people who are positive, creative, and work to be a little better every day.
