The primary responsibility of this role is to manage Industrial Deafness claims (including claims for permanent impairment and hearing aids).
You will bring your case management experience and proactive attitude to achieve the best possible commercial outcomes for CMI.
Your main responsibilities will include: Manage industrial deafness claims in compliance with relevant timeframes Develop strategies on and manage litigation proceedings in collaboration with the Legal Specialists Assess claims for hearing aids and permanent impairment Ensure CMI Claims System is kept up to date with accurate information Collaborate with Account Managers and Claims Lead to ensure appropriate communication with policy holders is undertaken About you: Your education, experience and skills will include: Minimum 3 years' experience in Workers Compensation industry Experience managing litigated claims is highly desirable Demonstrated strength in customer service Well-developed written communication skills (clear and concise document writing) Highly organised with clear sense of urgency in implementing claims strategies Ability to take on feedback and action accordingly What we offer: Check out our Benefits page to learn more about our Employee Value Proposition!
