Industry: Call Centre and Customer ServiceThis Customer Care Officer role is an exciting customer-facing role in our busy Rockhampton Shopping Centre. Based on our customer care desk, you will be tasked with providing superior customer service as well as support to the centre management team.
This is a casual role working approximately 10-15 hours per week with weekend and Thursday night availability being essential. We would also require you to be available throughout the Christmas holiday period.

Position Description: Address diverse customers' needs and values and provide exceptional service to our customers in line with Stockland's brand essence.Gather, qualify, and quantify customer feedback, complaints, and compliments and effectively communicate these to the Stockland business.Manage all duties associated with the running of the Customer Care Desk within the centre.Maintain OH&S standards and procedures and address all health, safety, and environmental issues.Follow all public liability incident management processes.Position Requirements: Prior experience delivering great, face-to-face customer/client service.Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.Sound administrative skills and working knowledge of MS Office, including Word, Excel, and Outlook.Ability to stay calm under pressure and a resilient attitude.Strong attention to detail and a keen ability to show initiative.Application requirements: Candidate will be screened by IWS and will need to apply through the IWS link.
