Full-time appointment on a permanent/ongoing basis.
Base salary range: $112,114 – $122,544 p.a.
plus 17% superannuation.

About the opportunity Reporting to the Pro Vice-Chancellor (Indigenous Education) and working closely with the Associate Director (HR Projects), you will drive the development, implementation, and oversight of the Indigenous Workforce Action Plan.
Collaborating with senior leaders and Human Resources, you will champion initiatives to advance Indigenous employment and cultural integration across UWA.
About you Relevant tertiary qualification or equivalent competency.
Proven experience working with Indigenous peoples and communities.
Ability to deliver high-level advice and implement Indigenous Workforce Strategies.
Strong analytical capabilities.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Demonstrated ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Note the following special requirements of this position: Occasional state travel.
Current Working with Children Check.
Current National Police Clearance Certificate.
