Indigenous Trainee Administration Officer

An opportunity exists for you to join our team based in our Murarrie office.
You will receive on the job training with ongoing mentoring and support to help you kickstart your career.
You will be completing a nationally recognised Certificate III in Business Administration, whilst gaining experience and developing key business relationships.
Full training will be provided.

Position Description: Answering phone calls Invoicing customers Liaising with clients Filing Data entry General office duties/responsibilities Position Requirements: Organised Reliable/punctual Attention to detail Able to follow instructions Meet company deadlines Able to work independently and part of a team Willingness to learn our procedures Excellent written and verbal communication skills Basic computer knowledge with Microsoft Word & Excel Application requirements: Candidate will be screened by IWS and will need to apply through IWS link Indigenous Workstars specialises in the engagement of Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander people into employment in a variety of communities and industries across Australia.
