Responsibilities Provide expert consultation to students and families on educational opportunities and pathways.
Develop personalised educational plans tailored to the individual needs of clients.
Support students in college selection, application, and admission processes.
Conduct workshops and seminars to educate families about various educational options.
Maintain up-to-date knowledge on educational trends, policies, and resources relevant to clients.
Establish and foster strong relationships with clients, ensuring a high level of satisfaction and trust.
Create and manage a calendar of consultations, follow-ups, and ongoing support for clients.
Requirements Bachelor's degree in Education, Counseling, or a related field; Master's degree preferred.
Proven experience in educational consulting or a related field, with a strong understanding of academic systems.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage effectively with clients.
Strong analytical skills to assess student needs and tailor strategies accordingly.
Ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a flexible work environment.
Passion for education and a commitment to helping students achieve their goals.
Familiarity with college admissions processes and educational resources available to students.
