As a Talent Acquisition Partner you will play a critical role in supporting the end-to-end recruitment process and enhancing the candidate experience within InDebted. Reporting to the Senior Talent Acquisition Partner, you'll focus on managing recruitment operations, ensuring a seamless hiring process, and contributing to the continuous improvement of recruitment practices. This position is vital for scaling the recruitment function efficiently in a dynamic, high-growth environment while fostering strong relationships with candidates and internal stakeholders.
About the Role

Manage end-to-end recruitment processes, including job postings, sourcing, screening, and interview coordination across regions. Collaborate with Talent Acquisition Partners to align hiring processes with business goals. Maintain and update the Applicant Tracking System (ATS) for accurate candidate tracking. Oversee pre-employment requirements to ensure compliance and onboarding readiness. Serve as the main point of contact for candidates, providing updates and ensuring a positive recruitment experience. Support new hire onboarding to facilitate smooth integration into the organisation. Gather feedback from candidates and managers to enhance recruitment strategies. Identify and implement process improvements for efficiency and scalability. Develop recruitment templates, guides, and best practices for stakeholders. Analyse recruitment metrics to deliver insights on hiring trends and performance. Collaborate with hiring managers to define role requirements and provide recruitment guidance. Partner with IT, Payroll, and HR Operations to ensure seamless onboarding and compliance.
About You
1-3 years of experience in recruitment, talent acquisition, or HR coordination. Experience with debt collection either directly or as a recruiter. Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems (e.g., Lever, Greenhouse) and HR software. Excellent organisational and time-management skills to handle multiple tasks and priorities. Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to build rapport with diverse stakeholders. Attention to detail and a proactive approach to problem-solving. Experience coordinating interviews, managing candidate communications, and scheduling.
