What you'll do The Inclusion Officer and Administration Assistant will respond to 1800 telephone calls made by educators in federally funded children's services to increase their capacity and capability to embed inclusive practices within their service. You will ensure calls are triaged appropriately and program information is provided to ECCC services in a responsive manner irrespective of the location of the ECCC service and the availability of their allocated Inclusion Professional.
Providing efficient and effective high level office administration support, information co-ordination and program management support to the Inclusion Hub team.
What you'll need:
