Their mission-driven approach prioritises making a positive impact on society rather than financial gain.Job DescriptionKey Responsibilities:Conduct comprehensive salary analytic using data from industry partners.Drive salary bench marking exercises and deliver insightful market trend reports.Overhaul and streamline compensation reporting processes through advanced Business Intelligence tools.Play a key role in budget preparation and review, ensuring alignment with market dynamics and inflation rates.Provide critical support during our annual remuneration review process.Working with the Global HR/Talent teams.The Successful ApplicantAbout You:Advanced proficiency in Excel, including mastery of pivot tables, v look ups, and complex formulas.Demonstrated expertise in job grading evaluation and compensation structure development.Strong analytic acumen, with the ability to translate data into actionable insights.Familiarity with HR systems and adeptness in budget management.Prior exposure to WGEA reporting and compliance would be advantageous.Strong attention to detail.
