The Role
Reporting to the Maintenance Manager, this role will see you lead maintenance planning, shutdown planning, shutdown execution, and utilities on site.
Your duties will include but not be limited to:
Leadership of the maintenance planning, shutdown planning, and utilities teams Improving maintenance planning processes and procedures Monitoring of and improving maintenance performance through KPI's Documenting work management and maintenance budgeting processes for the site Planning and execution of routine maintenance shutdowns
What you'll bring
Ideally, you will have proven experience in a leadership role within a maintenance environment in mining or heavy industry. Other desirable skills and experience include:
You must be committed to positively contributing to our safe, inclusive, and high-performance culture Engineering, Trade, or relevant industry experience Previous experience leading a team Fundamental understanding of maintenance processes Experience using SAP or similar maintenance management systems
