Border Express has a fantastic opportunity available for an experienced and motivated Inbound Team Leader to join the team at our Cranbourne West Branch.
Get to know the Role:
As the Inbound Team Leader you will lead, supervise and be accountable for all the inbound line haul unloads team performance against unload dwell times, DIFOT and operational requirements.
We are looking for a process-focused individual, who can build teamwork, ensure WHS policies and procedures are adhered to, promote a culture of respect based on Border Express Core Values and continue to provide an outstanding service to our customers.
You will need to BE able to demonstrate the following attributes:
Our ideal candidate will love working in a challenging, fast-paced environment and possess the following skills and experience:
A minimum of two years recent experience in a Team Leader role within the Transport Industry;Current MC and forklift licence is essential;Sound knowledge of Dangerous Goods (DG) requirements, Load Restraint requirements, WHS and relevant transportation Acts and Regulations;Excellent written and verbal communication skills;What you will get from Border Express: • Training and Leadership development
