In-Service Support Contract Manager (Domestic)CEA is an Australian company that designs, develops, manufactures and sustains advanced active phase array radar systems. We work in partnership with Defence industry and Government to provide highly modular and scalable products integral to a wide range of critical Defence capabilities.
The PositionOur In-Service Support Contract Managers manage Product Support operations related to CEA's Domestic Phased Array Radar (PAR) programs.
The role is responsible for:Lead a small team of logistics and technical support specialists in the provision of support to CEA's Domestic PAR programs.Manage the relationship between CEA and the Commonwealth of Australia in relation to CEA's domestic PAR programs.Manage the logistics of system and device repair, and spares provisioning.Manage the financial aspects of CEA's Domestic PAR support programs including quoting and invoicing.Provide regular financial, logistical, and system status summary reports to the Product Support Manager that describe the overall status of CEA's domestic PAR programs.Proven experience in the management of logistics and technical support contracts, preferably in a defence environment, including experience in detailed scheduling, project finances, and resource management.Understanding of international defence import and export control regulations including ITARS.Understanding of Defence Security requirements and procedures.Proven experience in Contract negotiation with the Commonwealth on Acquisition and/or Support projects.Demonstrated ability to deliver results by arranging workflow, determining priorities, and meeting deadlines.Excellent written and oral communication skills.Self-motivated with the ability to work with autonomy.Competent in the use of Microsoft applications including Word, Excel, and Project at an Intermediate level.EligibilityEligible to obtain and maintain an AGSVA clearance - NV1.The successful candidate MUST be able to obtain a clearance prior to commencement.
