THE ROLE The Supervisor will report to the Restaurant Manager and is responsible for assisting with the day-to-day running of Crown's In Room Dining with a focus on effective team communication to enhance the customer experience.
ABOUT YOU Previous experience in a supervisory role in a premium 5-star in room dining service and/or premium restaurant environmentExceptional leadership skills with the proven ability to coach and mentor a small teamA passion for hospitality, up to date with the latest industry trends and the ability to drive new initiativesFlexibility to work a 24/7 rotating roster, commitment to work overnights primarilyStrong product knowledge and sound stakeholder management skillsCurrent NSW RSA Certificate or be willing to obtain prior to commencementWHAT WE OFFER Complimentary meals on shift at our staff restaurantUniform provided and launderedAccess to Crown discounts across retail, dining, sports & eventsUnfortunately, if you are unavailable to meet the roster requirements or do not have suitable working rights, your application will not be considered.
