Front Office & Guest Services (Hospitality & Tourism) Full time As the Guest Services In Resort Sales Manager, you are primarily responsible for leading the Guest Services In Resort Sales team in delivering exceptional customer service. The Guest Services In Resort Sales team are the gurus at selling lift, lesson, and rental passes to our in-resort guests. You will provide positive leadership, constructive feedback, guidance, and support to the In Resort sales team and foster interdepartmental cooperation to ensure the In Resort Sales team performs at optimum levels.

Create, implement, and continually review policies and procedures for the Guest Services In Resort Sales team. Assist the Guest Services Product Manager with the administration of RTP|One to ensure that the In Resort sales team can perform their role effectively and efficiently. Experience and skills: Strong customer service knowledge. Skills in RTP|One Administration. Previous management or supervisory experience in a customer-facing sales operation.
