You will be a
Property & Finance Lawyer
at the 5+ year level who would like to move in-house as a Legal Counsel in order to establish a new role.
About the Role
You will join an organically grown company. Enjoy developing strong long-term relationships as well as dealing with complex documentation (being able to structure a loan). On-line tools will assist you with the best technology in the business. Drive revenue, mentor your lawyers, establish a function, work with existing and new clients.
Your Day-to-Day
– actively advise clients on a range of commercial and industrial property, development and project matters. Supervise your team in the complex and commercial lending division – asset finance, real property, and commercial transactions. Liaise directly with lenders, brokers, and solicitors to provide consistent updates and attend governance meetings to assess and improve the services provided.
Bespoke complexity of deals; product diversity; continuous improvement in service and customer experience; service levels are consistent, high quality and solicitor-certified; parking on-site available; end-to-end service capability in each Eastern State capital; develop your own team.
