Key responsibilities: A broad range of professional indemnity claims across a variety of professions and industriesCurrent matters will see the successful candidate working across professional negligence defence in the construction and property industries as well as professional service providers from IT professionals to architects, engineers, and valuersA small degree of personal injuries involvementProvide legal advice related to policy coverage, as well as new productsTo be considered, the successful candidate will have: Role 1: Post admission experience of 2-4 years in defendant insurance litigation, ideally with professional indemnity or personal injuries experience, though other areas will be considered as training will be provided.Role 2: Post admission experience of 5-10 years in defendant insurance litigation, ideally with professional indemnity experience, though other areas will be considered as training will be provided.
