We have an exciting in-house opportunity for junior to mid-level insurance lawyers with personal injury experience or exposure (i.e.
medical indemnity, public liability, Comcare, WorkCover, TAC, etc) to join our client, an independent specialist claims manager providing innovative outsourced claim management services across all lines of general insurance.
A fantastic opportunity for an Insurance Lawyer looking to utilise their legal skills within an exciting, flexible corporate environment and get out of Private Practice.
The Roles
The roles will be responsible for managing general liability claims (with a focus on personal injury) across a portfolio of Australian and international insurers.
You will be required to assess liability and financial exposure over a full range of claims and manage resolution accordingly.
The positions will ideally suit lawyers looking for a package of up to $100K (e.g.
1-3 PQE) depending upon experience.
