Who are we looking for?
We're working on an interesting full-time assignment with one of our clients, a not-for-profit organisation, and we're interested in hearing from property lawyers to come join us to commence their LOD journey.
To join us, you will: Have between 3-8 years PQE ideally gained from top or mid-tier law firms or in-house (with strong legal training) Be experienced in property law Be client centric - commercially minded, adaptable and able to hit the ground running Enjoy partnering with businesses and managing stakeholder relationships This assignment will see you advising on various facets of property law, including advising on acquisitions of buildings off the plan, and negotiating with financiers and sub-debt providers.
Our client is based in Parramatta, and embraces a hybrid working culture of 2-3 days onsite, the rest working from home.
This assignment will initially run for 3-4 months, with scope to extend.
