In-House Corporate & Commercial Lawyer

Contribute to a small team of three (3) including yourself; incumbent has taken a role overseas; global brand; "Great place to work"; Syd CBD/WFH; Marine services Skills & responsibility You will be a Corporate & Commercial lawyer  at the 8+ year level (Senior Legal Counsel) . Your new role Will support the Head of Legal Australasia  on a broad range of commercial legal and regulatory matters. You will play a central role in supporting the Head of Legal and will become a member of the senior leadership team. You will have a 3 year lawyer supporting you. Interact across all areas of the business. You will have experience reviewing, drafting and negotiating a variety of simple commercial agreements, including procurement agreements, services and consultancy agreements, MoU's, NDA's.
